Week 37

Your delivery should come any time now; relax, look for the signs, and know that you’re basically ready. Get excited!

Front-load Dinners

Take the time to make several weeks of freezable meals. Make large amountsĀ of things like soup, casseroles, and other easily-freezable large batch meals. Your future self thanks you. One of my favorites is chicken noodle soup with lemon – it tastes just as good out of the freezer as it does out of the pot, and you can make GALLONS of it.

Talk to Existing Children About the Baby

You may have already done this, but make sure you have a conversation about the upcoming change to the lives of any other children you may have. Some take it better than others, but you can help ease the transition by having the talk now.

Make Sure You Have Enough Diapers and Formula

Your shower may have covered all this, but stock up on preservable baby supplies now.
