Have you thought about baby names? Find something you like, but also consider its effect on your kid’s early childhood. Some research has shown that names actually shape personality to some extent due to how names color us in others’ eyes and change how the world treats us.

Eat Smaller Meals

By eating smaller, more frequent meals, you’ll reduce heartburn that’s already exacerbated by your pregnancy.

Sleep on Your Side

At this point you should start sleeping on your side; your left side whenever possible to help increase blood and nutrient flow. Use a body pillow to keep your knees bent and separated.

Look for a Pediatrician

Small children have different health needs than you, so look for a child health specialist that you feel good about.
