Weekly Pregnancy Checklist

This is a busy, busy time! Here’s a list of tasks you can do, week-by-week to help manage your stress, your health, and the health of your baby. Some are more crucial than others, but wherever possible, we’ll give you resources to make each one as simple and painless as possible. This goes by so quickly; you should be able to spend more time appreciating your approaching motherhood and less time stressing about baby shower color schemes and flattering elastic-waist pants.
